Ep 20: Dispelling the "Old Maid" Myth w/Dr. Angela L Harris

Dawn and Angela celebrate living your best life while single and 40+. The women share what its like to date while living single and child free, along with the movement for racial justice, and how they are trying to survive through a global pandemic. Today's Black women are destroying the patriarchal image of the "old maid," and unapologetically embracing the duality of being happy and single, while still having a desire for a romantic partner. Listen along while they empower, uplift, and get real about the ups and downs of single womanhood.

Note From the Stiletto Revolution #20: Womanhood is not synonymous with motherhood or marriage.
