Then, she discusses NYC's new natural hair ban with Chair and Commissioner of the New York City Commission on Human Rights, Carmelyn P. Malalis. The episode wraps up with California State powerhouse, Senator Holly Mitchell, sponsor of the C.R.O.W.N Act (Creating a Respectful and Open Workplace for Natural Hair).
